Vietnamese SMEs sometimes lack the capacity and resources to research and apply some of the information and skills needed for successful and sustainable business with European and other international partners.

We aim to support local SMEs by providing the needed information and advice on EU related trade issues in HCMC and surrounding provinces.

This walk-in European Information Trade Centre at the EuroCentre will serve as an European Helpdesk to provide an EU market access point.

The building is home to EuroCham as well as for CCIFV, DBAV, BeluxCham, ICham and Finpro, thus providing visitors with a synergy of information and assistance on EU related trade issues during a single visit.

The Information Trade Centre on the ground floor of the EuroCentre will function as a library featuring a number of publications on the EU market information as well as specific trade data, reports (e.g. CBI reports, Eurostat, EuroCham corporate governance books etc.).

Available computer facilities will enable visitors to explore online resources (e.g. export helpdesk on EU market access).

With this initiative, we aim to make this information accessible to local businesses in HCMC and the whole of Vietnam.
